Lembah Lohe Hiking Itinerary

Day 1: Makassar – Lengkese – Lake Tanralili – Lembah Lohe

8:00 AM – Meeting Point in Makassar

Participants gather at the designated meeting point (hotel in Makassar). From there, the group departs for Lengkese Registration Post in Parigi District, Gowa Regency, by car or motorbike.

12:30 PM – Arrival at Lengkese Registration Post

After a 4.5-hour drive, the group arrives at the registration post to complete entry permits and hiking formalities.

1:00 PM – Start of the Hike

The journey begins with a challenging trek estimated to take about 6–7 hours.

4:00 PM – Arrival at Lake Tanralili (1,454 m)

The group reaches Lake Tanralili and takes a short break to enjoy the stunning lake view.

5:00 PM – Continue to Lembah Lohe

The hike continues towards Lembah Lohe, passing three steep climbs and three shelters along the trail. The trek usually takes around 3 hours under normal conditions.

8:30 PM – Arrival at Lembah Lohe

The group arrives at the Lembah Lohe camping area. After setting up tents, hikers can enjoy the breathtaking starlit sky before resting for the next day’s activities.

Day 2: Lembah Lohe – Love Lake – Return to Makassar

5:30 AM – Sunrise at Lembah Lohe

Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over Lembah Lohe, followed by breakfast at the campsite.

7:00 AM – Short Trek to Love Lake (Danau Cinta)

A 20-minute walk from the campsite leads to Love Lake, a small yet enchanting hidden lake nestled within the valley.

8:00 AM – Exploring Lembah Lohe

Free time to wander around the wide meadow surrounded by towering cliffs. This moment is perfect for photography or simply soaking in the serene mountain atmosphere.

1:00 PM – Return to Makassar

After packing up, the group descends back to Lengkese Registration Post. The journey continues back to Makassar with an estimated arrival in the late afternoon or evening.
